Production

Our production area has been completed by January 2020.

The whole production area is equipped with

• central ventilation system with overpressure to avoid dust contamination.
• ESD flooring (fully electric discharging flooring)
• Laminar flow ISO 5
• Several processing vessels up to 1000L with CIP (cleaning in process) capability
• Biometric access control
• Intert gas (N2 and Argon)
• Half automatic filling line for powder and liquid materials from 0g/ml up to 25kg/L (available in ~ April 2020)
• Dangerous goods warehouse and storage down to -80°C possible.

 

We mainly produce customized solutions and volumetric reagents in compliance with the European pharmacopeia Ph.Eur.
