About processing your order
After completing the checkout process you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. It compiles all the information about your order, and - depending on the desired payment - our bank account.
Payment
We accept payment with T/T in advance. For existing customers with customer number we accept payment on account. Should you lack your customer number you can request one via email.

Taxes and Charges
For delivery in non-EU countries additional country-specific import taxes and duties may be applicable. The amount of the fee depends on the country of delivery. Please inquire about these charges from your local customs office. These charges are to be payed by you.
Delivery
Delivery time in general is shown in the webshop. After receipt of payment process starts. (Assuming availability).
